“Of all the venues I have been to, Fair Hill stands out as one of the most exceptional places to compete a horse. The footing and terrain are the best you can have, better than any place I have been to all around the world.”

Fair Hill International (FHI) carries a proud 30-year history of excellence in Eventing.

The new Equestrian Event Center sustains Fair Hill's reputation and positions it among the top Three-Day Eventing competition venues in the world.

Adjustments to Fair Hill's World-Class Venue

• The competition site moved from the former CCI4*-L (4 Star Level) location to newly constructed Equestrian Event Center maximizing upgraded infrastructure.
• A new, Ian Stark-designed cross-country course has been completed with viewing from the grandstand. It uses the Saw Mill field, timber, and turf courses (the former long-format Roads & Tracks land).
• Additional overlaid temporary facilities augment permanent upgrades, ensuring top-level amenities for horses, riders, patrons and fans.
• Dressage and show jumping phases take place in new arenas located in the infield of the historic turf track, in front of the existing grandstand.
"This international course at Fair Hill is a true international test for the bold and accurate. The Maryland 5 Star gives North American riders the opportunity to compete at the highest level without the need to travel to Europe, and will bring horses and riders from all over the world."
